Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
14-Day Legal Withdrawal Period in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
